Really appreciate the good work and service however I was quoted $1105 for ball joint replacement unless it needed the larger ball joints which would be an extra $100. I also had a State inspection performed so can see another $30 or so. When I picked my truck up the bill was over $1400. I did not have time to address it with the service writer because I needed to get to a meeting. Please address my question of why the extra cost. Nothing was explained when I picked up my truck Thank you

We had a pleasant experience buying our truck from Oakley Auto World recently. Jacob and Chris did a great job helping us through the process. Also, we were impressed with their new location, the showroom, parts, and service departments are all really nicely designed. I could write a novel on my experience starting from my first phone call to the dealer in regards to the 2019 Ford F250 Lariat Super Duty to my last few minutes left with the dealer. Jamie was outstanding! I can’t thank him enough for having such a great demeanor and attitude with me even when I could of been wasting his time from the moment we spoke on the phone. He was very thorough and honest which is what I look for in a car salesman. I don’t want to be sold a dream, I want the truth and because he did as I asked he gained a new customer. Chris from finance was great as well. He ensured a smooth purchasing process and was very personable. I could continue to go on and on but I will end it here. As a customer from Illinois, I will be back. Thank you again Jamie and the Oakley Family!

Eric is great to work with. Strange issue with my jeep that took a couple days to resolve. Happy Eric and the mechanic stuck with it until it was resolved. I highly recommend Oakley service.

For $48,000, I bought a 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 with the 6.2 engine with 35,000 miles on it a little less than 2 months ago. It’s been a nightmare. I had to bring it back the first and second weeks of owning it. And into the third week there were more troubles so I asked to for a different vehicle. After not hearing from them for a week I decided to make the hour drive up there to confront them face to face. They had no remorse for all of the stress and time I had spent trying to get the truck that they told me was a “great truck” that I would “love!” They asked me for another chance to fix the truck. Less than two weeks after giving them this last chance there was an electrical fire in the back window that melted the window then it cracked from the cold. When I confronted them about it there was no apology or sorrow, just deflecting. Chad the sales manager told me that that’s not something that they can do anything about and that my insurance has to cover it. So now after dropping $6,000 down and another $4,000 on tax and insurance and making my first payment on the truck it’s just sitting, un drivable. Ridiculous!!! I would rather have bought something else from somewhere else. The stress that buying from Oakley has brought me is insane. Deeply regret my decision to give them my business.

They sold my fiancé a faulty truck that has been nothing but problems ever since we got it. They promised us that we would love it and that it was a great truck, but we had to bring it back by the first week to get something fixed, and after they fixed that problem another one came up another week later. After weeks of bringing it back to them to “fix” all these problems, the truck still doesn’t run properly. They have no remorse for all the problems we’ve had to deal with and to make matter worse, it nearly caught on fire right where my newborns car seat was because of electrical issues. When he called to complain they STILL had no remorse and haven’t even apologized for all the problems this truck has costed us. They sold us a $48,000 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 6.2 liter engine with 35,000 miles, and we haven’t even owned it 2 months, now it’s just sitting in the driveway underivable and all they said was that his insurance had to cover that.

I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from Oakley and it was an easy and fast experience. They worked very hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted. There was a minor problem with the car that they fixed without question. They have been a pleasure to work with and I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone. Will buy from them again if I am ever in the market for another vehicle. Thanks guys, and keep up the good work!!!
